2020 Patch Contest Winner

Congratulations to Sarah L., winner of the Discover and Explore at Kiwa 2020 patch contest!

Remember, the actual patch will be a rendition of Sarah’s design concept and will vary slightly from this drawing.

IMPORTANT All Camp Meeting!

All Camp Parent/Camper Meeting – June 11th 6:30-8 at the Boulder County Fairgrounds (S’Mores to follow!) at the picnic shelter area.  Camp information and what to expect will be presented by camp personnel. Parents and Campers will then meet with their Unit Leader(s) for unit-specific things such as planning GORP, SWAPs, Unit Call, etc. We will follow this with S’Mores for all our campers and their families (including Boys  & Minis).

Mandatory PAI Training

Girls needing PAI will participate in all camp activities. They will be in a regular camper unit and will spend a portion of their day leading activities for our younger Brownie-aged units. These girls will have a MANDATORY training session before camp, May 9th , 2020 from 1-5:30pm  at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.

During this session they will learn how to plan activities, and plan the activities that they will be leading at camp. If I could make this date light up and flash, I would. We understand that opportunities for other activities will come up that may conflict, which is why we’re advertising the date and time this early. Unfortunately, there will never be a date that works for everyone. There are several ways in which a girl can earn their PAI. If this training is important to your daughter, please put it on your calendar now.
